Standard Greeting $99 plus tax

Custom Message $115 & up plus tax

  • Any message not listed above is considered a custom message.

  • Price varies depending on the length of the message and the size of the display.
  • A custom quote can be requested before ordering by email or phone.

Holiday Elf Displays

Add Ons- Subject to Availability

  • Extra Day: $30 per day for standard rental or $75 per day for graduation rental
  • Large stork or large teddy bear added to a baby display $15
  • “HONK it’s my birthday!” sign with accents placed near the street $10
  • Personalized sign naming who it is from $5 (Example: Love, Mom & Dad)
  • Keepsake sign with graduation year (Class of __) $15
  • Custom signs and vinyl banners may be ordered and prices will vary.
  • Flocking- signs or objects spread out around the yard

Delivery Fees

  • A delivery fee will be added to the invoice for locations 10 miles or more from our starting location in Austintown, Ohio.
  • Please keep in mind we have 2 round trips for set up & pick up.
  • Estimated delivery fees are listed below, but the price will vary depending on travel time, distance and route.
  • 10-15 miles $10-$20
  • 16-20 miles $25-$30
  • 21-25 miles $35-$40
  • > 25 miles - Please contact us for availability.

Payment

  • All requests are subject to availability.
  • We accept Venmo or credit cards through Square.
  • Rentals are for one day and include set up & pick up.
  • Extra days can be purchased for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
  • After submitting a request, you will be notified by email if we’re not available.
  • If we’re available, an invoice will be sent through email or Venmo request within 24 hours of submitting the request.
  • Orders must be paid in full to secure your date.
  • Your order will be automatically canceled if you have not made payment within 72 hours of setup.
  • There will be a $30 rush fee for orders placed without 48 hours notice.

Cancelations & Refund Policy

  • You must cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery in order to receive a full refund or credit.
  • There will be a $25 charge for orders canceled after this time.
  • If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from setting up your display, you will receive a full refund or credit.
  • ​We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to weather or unsafe conditions.
  • We reserve the right to remove a display early because of weather or unsafe conditions.
  • If the weather does not permit delivery, you will be notified and a credit or refund will be issued.

You will NOT receive a refund if:

  • You do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
  • You asked us to remove the display early.
  • The homeowner or the business owner stopped us from setting up or asked us to remove the display early.
  • We have to take the display down early due to potential damage to our signs because of weather or unsafe conditions.
  • The homeowner has animals that prevent the display from being set up.
  • We are denied access to a gated community.
  • The wrong address was given to us and we’re unable to contact the purchaser or the homeowner.
  • Any other reason we can't set up the display that is beyond our control.

General Terms

  • All signs and equipment are property of Bling My Yard Sign Rentals.
  • The display is a RENTAL and you do not get to keep any part of the display or any of the equipment used in the display.
  • The purchaser is responsible for damage or theft of sign materials and will be charged for missing or damaged items.
  • Please do not lean on the signs, move them or remove them from the ground.
  • If you or someone else would like the display removed early, call us right away. Please do not remove it yourself or allow someone else to remove it.
  • Do not mow or edge your lawn after our display is installed; this includes landscape companies. Grass clippings will stain our signs, and debris from lawn mowers and contact with trimmers may cause damage.
  • Please do not attach balloons, streamers or other objects to any part of the display.
  • We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However,our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on them.
  • For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow any people or pets to play on or around the display.
  • Bling My Yard Sign Rentals will not be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred by any person or personal property during the set up, display or removal of a rental.
  • A minimum $25 cleaning fee will be charged after pick up if the signs need cleaned for any reason other than weather. Examples include grass clippings from mowing or silly string. The fee will vary based on cleaning or repair needed. If the signs are unable to be cleaned or repaired, the customer will be charged replacement cost.

Preparing for Delivery

  • During warm seasons, please cut your grass if needed BEFORE we set up.
  • During dry weather, please water your lawn the day before delivery to help soften the ground for our stakes.
  • If you have a dog, please make sure all waste is removed from the lawn.
  • Please bring all pets inside before the estimated time of delivery.
  • Please turn off sprinklers before the estimated time of delivery.
  • Please leave the front lights on for a delivery at night unless that will ruin the surprise.
  • Please turn off your ring camera or security camera before delivery if you want to keep it a surprise.
  • If the rental will be delivered to another location, please notify someone that we'll be coming if possible.
  • It is very helpful if someone in the home or business can keep the person occupied or distracted to allow us to surprise them.
  • We will try our best to make it a surprise, but please understand that sometimes circumstances beyond our control do not allow that to happen.
  • If you would like us to text you when we’re on the way to set up, please let us know ahead of time.

Delivery & Set Up

  • We will set up either the night before the rental OR between 7:00-9:00 am the day of the event unless another time is confirmed prior to set up.
  • You will be contacted by text the day before rental to determine an approximate time for set up.
  • A specific delivery and pick up time can't be guaranteed, but we will try our best to accommodate.
  • Pick up will be late evening the day of the event or the following day.
